Miyoko Mae has been living in the Bay Area for ten years. In 1997, she received an award of merit from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for Stage Direction. In 1998, directed with the San Francisco Travel Troupe at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland and was the curator of ÒOff the HookÓ for Channel 52, Educational Access Television in San Francisco. Miyoko Mae received her B.A. in Ethnic Studies from SFSU in 2000 and is currently taking classes in digital video production from the Multimedia Studies Program at SFSU. Bampinay is her first motion picture experience in Audio Mixing and has enjoyed being a part of the post-production process.
