Christopher Ad. Castillo
Writer / Producer / Director

A Best Supporting Actor award winner of the 1986 Metro Manila Film Festival for "Bagets Gang", he follows the footsteps of his legendary father, Director Celso Ad. Castillo. After working as an actor, he turned to writing and working as an assistant director to his father. He has struck out on his own with his first directorial effort with "The Sky is Falling", a Dogme 95 inspired psychological drama/thriller about a woman, a house, and some guests from the beyond. He also served as writer, cinematographer, and producer through his Catalyst Filmworks.

"I chose to do an American film to show that Filipino directors are not restricted by our culture. Just because we are Asian does not mean that we can only work within those ethnic walls. I will do my Filipino-centric movie in the future."

He has produced the short films "Fallen Rose" by Paul Morales and "She" by Mark Bella and was associate producer on "Roberta Loved" by Q. Allan Brocka. He is also the founder of Cinemafest, a Los Angeles film festival solely dedicated to the Filipino American director. He is currently in pre production on "Where The Willows Grow", a film noir about a Filipina mail order bride accused of murdering her American husband. Acclaimed Filipino American producer Maricel Pagulayan (MacArthur Park) is producing it.

Abe Pagtama
Producer

A member of Screen Actors Guild for 25 years, he played the role of the father in "The Flip Side" by Rod Pulido, the 1st Fil-Am movie accepted in the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. He also appeared in "The Debut" by Gene Cajayon.

"The Sky Is Falling" is his first try as producer and he served as associate producer in "Roberta Loved", a short film by Q Allan Brocka.

Greg Olivas
Musical Composer

Greg honed his skills playing and writing in numerous Prog-Rock and Jazz Fusion groups in Southern California. From a young age he realized his compositions evoked visual landscapes and aural vistas more than catchy hooks and three minute pop wonders. Drawing on his influence of Wakeman and Emerson, Greg, being prone to improvise rather than score, dove into this first project blindfolded and intentionally so with the effect being to produce a non-typical interpretation of the film's emotion. To provide a searing and often jarring counterpoint to the score, he called on guitarist extraordinaire Scott Heustis. Hailing from Lakewood, CA, Scott is often called upon for studio and live projects in Southern California.
